Print Delivery
FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL UK PRINT ORDERS
European Union delivery: £15.00
Rest of World delivery: £20.00
Please note the Customer is responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Prints are carefully wrapped and sent in postage tubes to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition.
Once dispatched they will be delivered to you by courier within approximately 2-3 working days.
Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
Delivery of originals
Paintings shipping is quoted on an individual basis depending on the dimensions and weight of work.

Returns
Due to the nature of the print on demand service and limited edition prints, we can only accept returned prints which have been damaged in transit or arrive faulty. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please do contact us within 48 hours of receipt at louise@louiseduggan.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Refunds
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your order, or seven days from receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned you must return your purchase undamaged and in its original packaging.
