Presented in a dark brown wooden L-shaped frame.

Created on a found piece of wood, Deep Within developed around the natural knots and grain of the surface. Rather than concealing these features, I wanted to work with what the material was already offering, allowing the natural patterns to become part of the composition. A face gradually emerges from the wood, reflecting my longstanding fascination with the hidden forms found in nature.
