Between Selves explores the shifting space between identity, perception, and emotional transition. The work reflects on the experience of existing between versions of the self — between what is remembered, presented, protected, or still becoming.

Layered marks, fragmented forms, and softened areas of movement create a sense of tension and fluidity throughout the painting. Rather than presenting identity as fixed, the work considers it as something continually shaped through experience, emotion, and change.

The painting holds a quiet sense of movement and reflection, allowing meaning to remain open rather than fully resolved.
