Amidst the noise

I painted this the day after attending a lecture by world renown spiritual teacher Erkhart Toille.

I painted this in the middle of a busy, noisy workshop hence the name as I tried to reflect and what he spoken about. I kept turning the canvas as I painted until the image settled in front of me.
